NAVITEL Q2 2024 Global Map Update is Now Available for Download
NAVITEL® is pleased to announce that immense work carried out by our Cartography Department and Geodesy Service, as well as thorough analysis of Navitel Navigator users’ feedback, have finally brought the Q2 2024 map release to life.
All the maps have been supplemented with up-to-date data on residential and industrial infrastructure of every city and settlement, as well as with the address search feature. Detailed digitalized road networks feature streets, roads, lanes with their respective traffic directions, as well as road junctions, roundabouts, crossroads, and other vital information for comfortable and quick navigation.
The Q2 2024 release maps included 9 943 996 km of updated road graph, 5 044 757 points of interest, as well as 702 896 cities and settlements with 310 877 unique addresses to search for.
The update affects all Navitel Navigator maps, including the ones for the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Finland, Latvia and Turkey.
AUSTRIA
The map of Austria contains 26 738 cities and settlements, of which 10 779 include address search. The map contains 52 344 POI. The total length of the road graph is 219 144 km.
Added the new major S7 highway, between the city of Riegersdorf and Dobersdorf.
CZECH REPUBLIC
The map of the Czech Republic contains 15 460 cities and settlements, of which 6 254 include address search. The map contains 124 374 POI. The total length of the road graph is 174 246 km. There are 4 091 919 unique addresses available in the search.
Added:
- New part of the I/11 main road, bypass around the city of Bludov, between Postřelmov and Chromeč.
- Part of the II/105 road, bypass around the city of Jílové u Prahy.
FINLAND
The map of Finland contains 14 157 cities and settlements, 14 157 of which include address search. The map contains 19 904 POI. The total length of the road graph is 484 434 km.
Massive address database update with around 2M unique records.
HUNGARY
The updated map of Hungary contains 107 130 km of road graph, 38 144 POIs, 3 823 cities and towns, of which 3 246 - with address search and road network.
Added:
- New part of the I/23 main road, bypass around the city of Kisterenye.
- New part of the I/86 main road, bypass around the city of Mosonmagyaróvár.
- New II/260 main road, between the cities of Sajószentpéter and Kazincbarcika.
LATVIA
The updated map of Latvia contains 100 296 km of road graph, 19 912 POIs, 8 811 cities and towns, of which 935 - with address search and road network.
Riga city map update.
POLAND
The updated map of Poland contains 764 820 km of road graph, 249 997 POI, 95 054 settlements, 54 921 of which are provided with the detailed street network and support address search.
Massive address database update with around 8.3M unique records.
TURKEY
The updated map of Turkey contains 768 457 km of road graph, 1 825 643 POI, 40 400 settlements, 18 974 of which are provided with the detailed street network and support address search.
Added the O-21 Ankara-Niğde highway.
Each map includes residential and industrial infrastructure of cities and settlements with address search. In addition, they come fit with detailed road network that features traffic direction, interchanges, roundabouts, and other relevant navigation information.
